1. How to request deletion
To request deletion of your BetMind AI account, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account and use the subject line Delete my account.

Please include your account email address and, if available, your username so we can locate the correct account. We may ask for limited verification details before processing the request.
3. Data deleted
When your deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymize the account data that is no longer required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or billing obligations. This typically includes your login profile, personal profile fields, saved preferences, community chat history, support chat history, and related account-access records.
4. Data that may be retained
We may retain limited records where required by law or where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling, chargeback defense, tax, accounting, or security purposes. Examples may include billing and subscription records, minimal audit logs, and records needed to enforce our legal rights.
5. Retention period
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Records that must be retained for legal or financial reasons may be kept for the minimum period required by applicable law or our legitimate compliance obligations.
